November's Gaming Gauntlet: GTA 6 Leads a Stacked Month of Releases

Clear your calendar, stock up on snacks, and warn your backlog: November 2026 is absolutely stacked. Every platform has something huge on the way, and the month ends with the biggest release of the decade. Here is your guide to the games worth circling.

Grand Theft Auto 6 — November 19

Let's start with the obvious. Rockstar's return to Vice City arrives November 19, and it is not just the main event of the month, it is arguably the main event of the decade. The Bonnie-and-Clyde-inspired story, the Florida-soaked open world, the sheer scale of it all — even after years of trailers and leaks, it still feels like we know almost nothing about what Rockstar has actually built. On November 19, we all find out together.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake — November 5

Before Vice City opens its gates, Nintendo drops one of the most beloved games ever made, rebuilt for the Switch 2. The Ocarina of Time remake lands November 5, giving a whole new generation a chance to experience the adventure that defined 3D action games — and giving the rest of us an excuse to revisit Hyrule all over again.

Pikmin 4: Switch 2 Edition — November 12

Nintendo is not done there. Pikmin 4 comes to Switch 2 on November 12, with a demo arriving November 2 and a brand-new Dandori Academy mode — timed exams that test your multitasking, including one challenge where you collect gold nuggets against the clock. Pikmin Day is now officially November 1, so this one is basically a holiday release.

The hidden gems

November's undercard is just as fun. Gravhounds kicks things off November 2, a co-op shooter where you play as a pack of humanoid dogs shooting aliens and building bases together. Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School arrives November 5 with more puzzle rooms, a bigger world, and an explorable campus — perfect couch co-op. Soulframe Open Preludes opens Digital Extremes' fantasy Warframe spin-off to everyone on PC starting November 6, no invite needed. And November 10 brings a double feature: the bullet-heaven carnage of Warhammer Survivors and the gloriously nostalgic Shrek 2 Remastered.

From Hyrule to Vice City, from tiny Pikmin to a pack of gun-toting dogs, November has something for every kind of player. The only real question is: what are you playing first?
