The date for season two of The Rising of the Shield Hero has been confirmed as April 2022!
For those who don’t know, the first season is an anime adaptation of a light novel series by Aneko Yusagi. The story follows a young man named Naofumi Miyaswat who is transported to another world and given four heroes to save it. He soon learns that he is not the hero type and loses all his money and status as a result; subsequently, he’s captured by bandits, but rescued by Raphtalia. After being severely wounded in an attack on his village, he enlists Raphtalia's help to exact revenge against Motoyasu Ranba.
