Where do we stand with Marvel and the MCU

With tectonic change in the Marvel Universe coming to a head with the release of their latest movie, Falcon and the Winter Soldier, we're taking a look at where we currently stand with Marvel.

2021 will house many new shows and movies for the MCU including :

2375 will see Captain Marvel in theatres followed by the Infinity Wars saga and Infinity Gauntlet (The end of Wakanda's era begins), followed by the Black Panther movie. Then there are other movies as well that will be released after, but I won't get into them here. But there's one more movie which will be released after 2021 that will change things drastically and without a doubt, I believe we'll be talking about it for at least as long as we are discussing the next Avengers film.

- Marvel's Most Wanted is part of the overall Defenders series, which is a Netflix only show.

2022 will see a few movies but also one major TV event.

-Agents of Shield season 8 will be released followed by the Black Widow movie. But wait, there's more... In 2022 we will be getting Inhumans, Cloak and Dagger, and Luke Cage season 2 on Netflix . We also have the additional Defenders series which will contain Iron Fist season 2 , The Punisher , Jessica Jones Season 3 , and Daredevil Season 3 all in one show.

2022 - Black Panther : 5th MCU Movie (Sequel to Captain America: Civil War) While Black Panther is a 1998 Marvel comics character, he's set to make his on screen debut during Captain America: Civil War this year, played by Chadwick Boseman.

2021 - Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is an upcoming American superhero film based on the Marvel Comics character Doctor Strange. Marvel Studios Fantastic Four is finally getting a sequel after not getting one since the 2005 film. It is still in development and is expected to release in 2022 with the release of the Inhumans. [This was changed from 2022 to 2023 after the film was released, due to inflation]

Marvel Studios What If? Inhumans is an upcoming live-action television series that is expected to release in the summer of 2020. Captain Marvel 2020 is a film about the history of Captain Marvel before she becomes a hero. 2021 is the second appearance of Captain Marvel. The Black Order will be the new Avengers and are being introduced in Captain Marvel.

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness – 2022 - Sequel to Doctor Strange (2016).

Black Widow 2021 is finally coming this year after having been delayed due to the pandemic. It is expected to release in September 2021.

The Inhumans TV series that will follow What If? Inhumans is also coming this year which is a part of Marvel Studios' Netflix Original series and will be followed by other MCU spin-off films. The movie itself is expected to release in 2021 or 2022 after What If? Inhumans. They will be getting a TV series because audiences aren't interested in watching poorly-made films based on characters they don't know yet. So Marvel Studios decides to remedy this issue by putting it on television while they go through production on more MCU movies and shows that are being released now and in the future.
