A fond and excited “Hello there” to all my Jedi and Sith. Exciting reveal from the folks over at Disney, Star Wars: Obi-Wan Kenobi has it’s cast and the date for principle shooting. The show follows the older exiled Obi-Wan Kenobi being reprised by Ewan McGregor. It takes place about a decade after order 66. Fans were excited to learn Hayden Christensen is reprising his role as Anakin Skywalker a few weeks ago. However there are a lot of big names that are joining the cast. Joel Edgerton, Sung Kang, Indira Varma, Rupert Friend, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Kumail Nanjiani, Bonnie Piesse, Moses Ingram, Simone Kessell, and Benny Safdie. It’s currently unknown who is playing who outside of Obi-Wan and Anakin/Vader. I wonder if Old Ben is gonna run into Grogu or Mando. What about you? Y’all excited to see McGregor?
